FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • I wish you had more photos / views of your items! I am only allotted a certain number of photos per item, so if you would like to see more photos, just send me a message through the "Contact" page on this website or send me an email at [email protected] and I will gladly send additional product photos so you can get a better view!
  • I see you are sold out of a particular item that I wanted! (Or) You used to have this one thing on your Etsy forever ago, etc... What can I do about this? Message me or email me to let me know what it is you are looking for! Although all my items are one of a kind, I can in most cases make another similar if there's a demand for it!
  • I want you to make me a custom (anything). Will you do it?! Of course, if you're serious! I am usually always open to custom and bulk orders for SERIOUS buyers only. In the past I've had people request customs and then change their mind while I was in the middle of making their items, which can translate to a loss for me if I've had to purchase special supplies for the order. So, please if you want custom items, send me a message with your idea(s) and we can talk about it!
  • Shipping- carrier?? I ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). For orders within the United States, there will always be tracking on your package! International orders ship First Class International, which unfortunately does not come with tracking, so please keep this in mind. If you are an overseas buyer and you would like a different shipping option, then please contact me BEFORE ordering so I can arrange that (it costs more).
  • Shipping- timeframe?? This varies. Please allow at least 2-3 - business - days for your order to process. I will send you the tracking information after the item is sent out! Delivery timeframe is completely out of my control and depends solely on the Postal System, so please keep that in mind! Sometimes things get delayed or held up due to the Postal Service which is out of my control completely. But if you live in the United States you will have tracking information for your package.
  • I need my order right away! If you need your order by a certain date, please place your order far enough in advance to allow more than enough time in case a postal delay occurs. And if you need expedited shipping, then contact me asap before ordering since that can get pretty expensive, and I will change your listing to accommodate the actual shipping cost.
